Growing up in the rural town of Elverson, Pennsylvania I've always had the resources to live an active lifestyle, whether it was playing sports, running and biking around the neighborhood, or something as youthful as climbing a tree. That lifestyle ultimately led me to pursue a career as a health and fitness professional. Upon completion of my B.S. in Exercise Science from Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania in 2005, I took my small town mentality and explored city life across the country to Southern California. During my four years in San Diego a majority of my professional experience came in outpatient orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation. After becoming an ACE Certified Personal Trainer in 2010 I re-located back to the East Coast, where I spent the next three years in New York City, training out of the Sports Center at Chelsea Piers, as well as privately all over Manhattan. Though success followed me to the East Coast I never lost the love for the Cali life and decided to return to the West Coast in the summer of 2013. After a short two months back in San Diego, San Francisco was screaming opportunity. It didn't take me long to realize SF is the perfect mix of "keep you on your toes" city life and the laid back California lifestyle.

I've had the opportunity to train with some of the best trainers at some of the top gyms in the country throughout my 20 year career, including 6 months in LA working with professional athletes, but nothing compares to the fitness family I've been able to establish here in SF. I hope you find it as motivating and inspiring as I do! From training former Super Bowl MVP's to perform at an elite level to creating a post rehab program for an individual recovering from back surgery, my skill set is unlimited as it relates to you achieving the goals you've set for yourself. This is a city where my goal of having a positive impact on the lives of others through individualized, safe, and effective exercise programming can be accomplished and even exceeded.
